RETURN POLICY
At Passion and Zest Candles your satisfaction is our priority. If your item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will replace or refund the product. We may ask for you to forward images to our email address and we will cover the cost of replacement postage. We ask that you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item in these cases.
REFUND POLICY
If a refund is required these will be processed within 2-7 business days by way of original payment method.
DELIVERY
All products sent will be posted through Australia Post with a tracking number. Please note we will not be responsible for items successfully delivered and requested to be left in a safe place by the buyer.
